Synthesis of Zinc Oxide, Titanium Dioxide and Magnesium Dioxide Nanoparticles and Their Prospective in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnological Applications

The use of nanoparticles for the therapeutic purpose is gaining pronounced importance. In last two decades, a number nanomedicines received regulatory approval and several showed promises through clinical trials. this content, it important to synthesize from various sources check its efficiency, especially antibacterial activity. today’s scenario are proving useful control multidrug resistance since mechanism action totally different small molecules like antibiotics obviates chances drug resistance. review, we discussed three metal-based prepared reducing namely Zinc Oxide Nanoparticle (ZnO NPs), Titanium Dioxide (TiO2 NPs) Magnesium (MnO2 NPs). focus also made towards safety assessment nanoparticles. addition, exact interaction with bacterial cell surface resultant changes been highlighted. review put forward sources, method, success these so that future could be forward.
